Hardly any content

Emma Lady

It’s laughable this company would charge so much for an fitness “service” with hardly any content. If you filter for workouts more than 30 minutes you’ll only see one or two options per category; most “classes” are 10-minute samples that clutter the app. Obé fitness costs about the same and has so much more content, along with better production and a slicker interface.

The app started to charge me for a subscription that I did not subscribe to!

Don’t respond to emails to cancel keep attempting to charge me

The7thBleu

Hey, you jerks who don’t reply to emails sent repeatedly? How do I close my account? I’m rather tired of reaching out into the abyss with no reply. You keep trying to run my card after I’ve told you not to. I need to report this to Apple. You guys are really lame wasting my time as I have to call my bank to block you. Why is customer service with fitness apps the worst? Class Pass were horrid too. I’ve just called Stripe. iTunes is trying to call them now. Take caution when opening an account you won’t be able to cancel on your own and they will not reply.

Do not sign up for a free trial!!

They will not allow users to cancel their subscriptions online and do not respond to email to the support team requesting a cancellation. See the Facebook page and other reviewers comments. Do not sign up for a free trial unless you are fine with being charged, even if you drive to cancel. This business’ practices are completely unacceptable.

Support Bleak, Workouts Bleaker

JetSweat has obsolete customer service. One of my favorite pilates studios is (was) on J.S. and I signed up for a free trail. I used the 7 day free trail on my phone and constantly was kicked out of videos as their website is really not suitable for phones. I emailed 24-48 hours in advance of my free trial ending and heard no reply. After 4 emails (and my card being incorrectly, dishonestly and corruptly charged,) I reached out on Instagram. I was given the run around 3 different times by someone who mans their IG account who is so unprofessional and never names themselves. They proceeded to tell me the person handling inquiries was new and waited 24 hours to ask management for the answer. The email I finally received a week AFTER my initial email and once my card was charged was a blanket copy & paste email. They have since refused to cancel my membership although I did my due diligence to cancel well in advance. There is absolutely no way to cancel it on your own, your fate and credit card are in their greedy hands. Read other reviews- they're the same. Grimy excuse of a company

They don’t allow me to unsubscribe after the free trial and keep charging. Very disappointed

Do not subscribe!!!

I tired the free trial and canceled the automatic renewal but they have somehow managed to charge me for nearly over a year for a monthly subscription I never enrolled in! They don’t respond to chat messages on their website or emails. Scam!

Cannot broadcast to TV, not easy to cancel

Lifeinteresting

I signed up for a trial during COVID quarantine to get some Pilates classes at home. However, I was never able to get it to broadcast to my TV using their feature top right corner. It always gets stuck on wanting permission to connect to my microphone, which not only seems unnecessary since I can’t talk back to a video but also a little creepy. Regardless, I could never get past this prompt, unable to connect or cancel the request. I would have to force quit the app and restart it. I tried a few classes using my phone screen, but it’s just not worth the hassle. I can’t see it and have to constantly reposition the phone so I can see it. After seeing the first new month charge on my credit card, I cannot just cancel through the app. It states that I should be able to cancel through iTunes, but iTunes doesn’t recognize it as a subscription. And it doesn’t even show the newest charge in the purchase history. I’ve emailed support to see if they can cancel for me. But really, it shouldn’t be this hard. There are way too many companies taking this “impossible to cancel so I can keep charging the lazy” approach to subscription services. This app doesn’t seem to have it all buttoned up.

Cancel before trial ends both iTunes and email support

ParanoidOne

I love the app’s features, but was afraid that they will charge my account without my permission based on reading all these reviews, so I immediately unsubscribed my iTune app just to make sure and emailed them to cancel my subscription before my trial ended, so I was waiting for any charge coming after that, but I was surprised that I am not getting any...I will re-subscribe for sure!
