I emailed their support and they confirmed they cancelled my subscription. Then, one month later, I’m being charged again. There’s no way to delete your account and once you enter your credit card information, you can’t delete it. So they always have it. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

I am absolutely obsessed with JETSWEAT! The app is super easy to navigate. The classes are incredible! It’s gotten me into such good shape. I love how you can search for a specific type of workout across so many different classes. I strongly recommend it!! Game changer especially during COVID when gyms and workout studios are still closed.

All of the negative reviews about customer service are correct, I’d give zero stars if I could. I wish I had read the reviews so I could have saved myself the trouble. As another reviewer put it, grimy and corrupt are accurate ways to describe this company and I feel like I had my money stolen from me. Will be taking my business to a more honest company. Spend your money elsewhere.
Total garbage on the iPad

This app constantly freezes or takes forever to load on the iPad version. It seems to run fine on the phone but who wants to try to look at a small phone screen to see what move you should be doing next?
