I like that they have more products than other sites but they are sold out fast too and I don't live in UK so, it's hard for me to order.

I placed an order nearly a month ago and the last update i got was that my order was “shipped” and is in LA. That was 4 days after the purchase. There has been no other update since then so, here i am weeks later trying to figure when/if my order is coming. Me and the customer service rep were talking consistently for a few days, he let me know that international orders take 21 days, my order didn’t come after that time period, i send another email about my initial inquisition, & still have yet to get a response. I don’t know it they even read their reviews or have looked into updating their tracking network but almost EVERYONE from the US is getting short end of the stick. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE.

For easy of purchasing an item from the App, i give it 5/5. But, there's no option to check my order on the app. and my Order was not listed on the web also. all i get was an email confirming my order. no shipment updates or else. Just wait for my shoe to arrive.
