GLITCHES

I love this game, but there’s a lot of glitches. The most annoying one being I paid to upgrade my oven, but now it’s stuck asking me to put in the materials to upgrade AGAIN but it won’t actually finish it. So now I can’t use it and it wasted my time and money. Very very frustrated.

I’ve recently started playing this game again after many year, it has improved a lot but the glitches makes it hard to like, I repetitive missions and some time I won’t even get a reward after accomplishing them, so have to spend my gold coins for accomplished missions in order to move on. Edit…that new update looks weird and now we’re now losing more energy to process the crops and feed the animals really smart. ?
Love this game, but support is not there...

I have played Jane’s Farm on my computer for years and then on my IPad when the computer game was not available or fixable...not sue why it was I fixable. So on my I Pad, I have tried to get an answer to why all my crops and products were not showing up when I accessed my barn, but no one answered me on the occasions I asked. I needed to delete some barn items. That allowed the others to show, but that was not acceptable since there was no stated limit on the storage. Again, there was no help. It is a great a relaxing game but the barn storage is a real issue if you get to higher levels and try to have things on hand. The team does not answer all inquiries. That is sad and a red flag. That is such a shame! Otherwise, I enjoy the game and have received some help from the game. NEW: In addition, I tried again to get help since the game is telling me some friends are not available unless I update the game, but I just updated and no update is available. Also, the daily quests are not showing all the tasks I completed. I sent the train 3 times, but it only tallied 2 times. Please help.
Update made me lose my farm!

Horrible customer service..been waiting for a response for over a week! I was at level 30 and after the update I lost everything. Not happy!!! Had to start over sadly.

Thank you for eliminating the free energy for 30 minutes after earning 100 points delivering product, and the little guy who frequently gave a total of 12 free points. Now, when we complete all deliveries, we get 100 energy instead of the 30 minutes. You’d already eliminated purchasing 4 hours of free energy with 30 pieces of gold. This is terrific as now I spend only enough time in your game as I have energy, and pop back in every now and then, or the next day. I’m no longer concerned about filling deliveries within 6 days because it isn’t worth the effort. Gold? Who cares. Purchasing building upgrades? Yeah, it isn’t necessary any longer as I’m no longer fussing over sending product. This has become the perfect self-limited game. Thanks, because you’ve saved me a lot of wasted time.

I used to really love this game. I enjoyed the graphics and the old timey feel of the farm. But the most recent update has completely ruined it. Out of the blue I can’t feed the animals without building a mill. But wait, there is no land on which to build the mill because it has been obscured by fog, trees, and giant rock formations which take huge chunks of energy to clear just to get the land that you used to have back. The 30 minutes of unlimited energy (which would be extremely helpful in clearing the fog, trees, and rocks) that you could earn for shipping enough goods has gone. So there you sit unless you are willing to sink a ton of money into the game. I haven’t been able to feed my livestock for 3 weeks. Even though they aren’t real animals, it still feels cruel. Time to find a different game. So sad at how you have destroyed what was once my favorite app game.

I use to enjoy playing this game, but what is up with the new update that now has clouds that you have to use all your energy for. I hope they can change this. It is frustrating.
