I have been playing and I’m on level 13 but on level 12 grandpa left and he is where the pigs are don’t know how to get the other 4 pigs please someone help

I started playing this game about a month ago and really like it, but now I’m encouering more and more glitches. I purchase items I have worked for for days finally buy it and Puff sudden reboot in the middle of playing and my purchase is gone and the money as well. It’s getting kinda annoying because I cannot really move on. Please try to fix this and make this game more stable and IF there is a reboot please make sure at least the info doesn’t get lost. So after playing a few more weeks, the instability is getting worse. Just lost all my progress on my trains and cars. Was all the way to “take” my 80 this morning which I achieved yesterday evening and bam. Back to zero progress and reset the clock to waiting SIX DAYS. what a bummer needed to make some money with the20 minutes of unlimited energy. So disappointing. AND so far not a peep from customer support. I play this game to relax, not to get aggravated.

I really love this game but ever time I go to friends farm it’s taking my money and stuff iv all ready done on my farm it’s taking that to fix issues very frustrating I would have gave a 5 but because of those issues I’m having only 3 Stars

Trying to finish the grandfather mission but I can’t , I found the tow pigs and that’s it i can’t reach to the other ones for no reason , I hope you can fix this issue ASAP.

Can’t pick up pig at all in the fenced in area no matter hard I try. Also why are putting premium content in daily tasks it makes zero sense to spend more coins than you are going to receive? The roulette wheel is RIGGED. What happened to the diner? Full on greed by you people.

I’m at the quest where you have to find the pig’s and I found one but it won’t let me find anymore, makes me very upset, cause I can’t fix my pins where my chickens etc.. please help Thur this quest

New expansion

I love the game and play it often. In April I right after we got the new expansion I asked for help with an issue on grandfather’s farm. I was told to wait. Now is September. The game still doesn’t work. And no answer to my email asking for an update when my issue will be fixed. Very disappointing. Do I really have to move to other farm games?

Loss of upgrades.

The latest update took 2 of my factories back to original settings. Highly disappointing after took quite a while to build up to upgrade. Please fix this.

I work to accomplish tasks and leave game and come back and all progress is gone. And it happens almost every day. Very frustrating.

I have played this game for a long time and enjoyed it very much. I felt successful and loved it but after the recent update I don’t feel happy anymore. I find it very hard to get ahead. The game is so much harder now. I’m a senior citizen and just can’t get ahead. I’m thinking of deleting this game and looking for another even after investing money into it. Help
