Got ripped off with my 1hr life with my 12 tokens and all my progress disappeared but my time went down to 30 mins! I was really liking this game until now! Everything I have done is gone and so is half my time! Fix this and it will be 5 stars! Oh and now the game is froze smh!
Can’t earn any money

Unlike the old Farm Up game, in this version, it’s impossible to make money. I’m on level 14 and can’t afford to buy any of the quest items, like the sheep pen or an update chicken coop. The produce doesn’t give you enough money to stay afloat. Some of the items give you less than what you paid for them. in the original version, it wasn’t EASY to gain money, but it also wasn’t IMPOSSIBLE. With the energy given (I’m now at 49) and the amount of money the produce gives, it’s just to hard to earn cash and therefore a waste of game time. What a shame- this game used to be my all time favorite game and I was so excited to see that they revived it. Just not the same. Update* Took a star away. Game is getting boring really quickly. All I do is plant carrots and with that I just get by on money; I don’t even get ahead. It’s not fun planting the same thing over and over. If they would change the profit for some of the other products, at least you would be planting DIFFERENT produce. To get 1 gold everyday, I have to feed someone else’s animals, which means I plant enough product just to give it away 3-5 @ a time). I don’t receive the energy from visiting a friend’s farm. Someone else had posted you were supposed to get +7 free energy a day, I’ve never gotten that. If there were some changes made to this game, it could be very enjoyable. I remember I used to purchase the play for 4 &/or 12 hours and enjoyed planting all of the different produce and making all of the different products. Now, I just see carrots all day and it costs gold to upgrade all the machines so you would have to buy a lot of gold.

UPDATE in reply to developer’s response: I deleted the game because there are TOO MANY problems. I’m not going to keep playing a game that DOESN'T reward me & not even get offered a compensation for rewards lost, just a “we’ll work on fixing that.” The game’s ONLY winning quality is the graphics & that’s nowhere near enough to keep me playing with all the issues I’ve had. UPDATE: I’ve just deleted the game. TOO MANY PROBLEMS! I’m fed up w having to contact c/s nearly eveytime I play. ?? I am ALWAYS contacting c/s for issues w this game! I don’t get items from visiting friends that the game SHOWS ME receiving (they said the rewards, like crops collected go to the friends, not me). I don’t get the energy rewards the message box CLEARLY says is MINE when visiting friend’s farms (haven’t heard back on that one yet, & I had to report it twice because they closed the first one without any response). And only this morning I wrote to them because I didn’t receive the +7 energy I got as a daily reward! The game gives very little & poor directions on what the game does & the amount of energy you receive to accomplish your chores is absurd! And they can’t even tell me for certain why the game won’t load one of my friend’s farms. Also gold rewards are horrendous! And their daily spin wheel NEVER gives you more than 1 of your win item despite it being loaded w multiple winning options so it’s OBVIOUS you’ll never get more than one of your won item unless you use gold to spin. RIP OFF! I am seriously considering just deleting the game. I play several times a day, harvest & sell crops a ton and I’ve barely managed to collect over $35k! In every other game like this I’d be in the millions by now. ?
Unlimited energy gone!!!

The game updated and lost all my unlimited energy icons. Now I have to spend 120 gold coins to get 500 energy. I used to love this game now I have to spend a small fortune to play.
Why did you get rid of the unlimited energy options?!

Not happy! Loved this game on Big Fish and have been enjoying it on my iPhone until an update yesterday that took away the option to purchase unlimited energy for 1 hour, or 2 hours. I spent money for this feature, which let me enjoy the game at my own pace - skipping past levels if I wanted or taking it slower.....well long story short, when I’ve used up all my gold coins I will be deleting this game - unless you bring back the unlimited energy options. Updated: I am still frustrated over not having the unlimited energy options but I will say customer service is great! Thanks for the prompt response and help for in-game purchase issue. Changing my rating to 4 stars. I do like the game! ??

Where did unlimited energy go? Offering it once in a while for $25 is not a viable option for most people. I have no desire to play for 10 hours straight. You’ve turned this relaxing game into a personal money grab. Disappointing.

Hate your new updates, you are not making your players happy! We were able to use 39 gold coins for 4 hours of unlimited play...now 120 gold coins for 500 plays...WOW! I have spent a lot of money on this game now I am frustrated!

This is a fun game that does not dictate when you can play. I enjoy going at my own pace and really like the extending energy and the latest update. Best farm game going!

What does experience bonus give? Will you bring back unlimited energy and the snack bar I accidentally sold mine. Why are the task rewards so low in XP?

I remember this as “Farm Up” and it was my first game I played as a kid! I still love it!
