I understand this is new, hopefully you’ll work it out. 1. Logs you out after each use ?? 2. Employees really don’t understand the app?? 3. You must select 2 options at the register after telling employee you have rewards phone app ?? 4. Barcode must be scanned in a specific order, or employee has been to void transaction and start over. ?? At this point it’s not worth holding up other customers in a hurry. It’s very frustrating to use.
I literally just got this app and the area to enter my card number is covered up so I have no idea if it acknowledges the entry of my card number. Absolutely nothing happens once I click the card entry field and have entered my card number, and I have to close the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't matter. Poor design.
Why does this request microphone access? Absolutely unacceptable.
This app continuously says my card pin is incorrect. The same information works on the website though. Please fix this issue

Everything is great, except no where does it say what rewards I can get! It says I start getting stuff at 25 stars - I currently have 48 and no idea how to spend them or what I even can spend them on??!!!??
We need to be able to just put it in Apple wallet so we can just whip it out real quick. Only issue here.
It's stuck on the number key pad when it prompts to enter the red card number. Can't get out of it tried everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling.
I was able to see my stars, find Jacksons locations, enroll, and use the virtual card so I don't need to carry my card with me. Helpful app all around.
Very excited to start earning rewards for shopping at Jackson’s! This app will be quite handy for keeping track.
