While one can’t blame Jackpocket for dropping pool support for New Jersey (blame the state), the app or service can and should keep track of statistics that should be accessible to the user, but isn’t for various reasons: What numbers have won the most? This can help in deciding non-quick pick numbers. What’s the highest and lowest streak, and highest jackpots in a specified duration? How much have you actually won since starting the app? Per game? How much have you actually played? How much have you actually funded? Maybe you think you’d lose customers if they actually knew how much they spent or how much they didn’t win, but we deserve to be informed players. Lastly, the app obviously shows the winning numbers in the app and tells you if you win… once you're in the app. But why does the app send worthless notifications like “Did you win?” Wouldn’t YOU know this before I even launch the app? This is nothing more than clickbait. Fix these glaring issues and earn your stars and better rating.

First of all, this app really makes buying lottery tickets easy and the 'convenience fee' is well worth it. One thing I did notice a couple of months ago, was that I purchased a winning ticket (I won twenty dollars) and didn't know and was not notified nor was my account credited. So I was casually browsing my tickets I purchased a couple of days later and then I noticed I won some money but was not notified, i then proceeded to contact customer service who then immediately credited my account and gave me an additional ten dollars to my account. The customer service rep blamed 'technical issues' behind my account not being credited. Be careful and check your tickets daily and compare your tickets with the winning numbers. I am sure it was a honest 'mistake'.

Overall I love the app. I love the convenience that when I’m not able to get to a store I can purchase via the app. I like when I win I can cash out to my bank account. I dislike that I’m not able to buy tickets last minute. I wish it could process your order quicker so I can buy a ticket like 20-30 mins before draw break, not two hours before draw break. I dislike that it takes 4-5 business to receive your payout. This should be immediately deposit or at least the next day. I dislike I’m not able to do $0.50 wages. I don’t always want to play $1 per ticket. If the three things I mentioned above could be changed, I would give 5 stars instead of 4. Either way I’ll keep using the app because I love having access to buy tickets and receive my money.

I love the App it’s so convenient I’m glad my friend recommended it to me and I have been very lucky sometimes I just don’t feel like going outside to play the lottery

I love the app. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose, but it’s all about playing the lottery which is pure luck. It’s easy to use, they have promotions that are also easy to use and the app is so very easy. My only wish is that they would have the capability in auto play to just play once a week versus having to play every time a drawing is done. Maybe I’m missing something because I do see the dates across the top of the screen, but there’s no way to choose them at least that I can figure out and I’m pretty technically savvy.
