So I don’t get the complaints on app I actually read the terms of use before putting my information in. For me I usually have lotto tickets piled up in my car in different pants and in different jackets so needless todays I lose a lot of tickets lol . So this app helps me keep it organized and I don’t mind paying a small fee to have someone else grab some tickets for me especially when sometimes I miss drawings because of work or I’ll get home and say shoot I forgot to play and I’m not going back out . Love the app so far I think once you use it and get information you want it’s all fine of course everything could use improvements but not really a big deal.

I love using this app! It makes it so easy to play the games and I don’t have to check on my earnings. I get a notification and the funds are directly deposited.

Overall good biggest win was 250, dont like how they take about 2 hrs to update the numbers and tell you won or not

1. They charge you $4.79 for a $50 deposit and it increases after that, you know the concept of wholesale eludes them? The more you spend the less the fee? I could go to my bodega’s ATM and withdraw the same for $1.60 AND I play my lottery tickets right there. 2. I am forced to play $1 for games that are optioned to.50 cents; customer service says their technology does support.50 cent play, yeah right. Such a technically advanced app can’t correct that. 3. In that same bodega, a 2:30 PM drawing’s cutoff time is 2:20 PM and yet with this “technically advanced” app, the cutoff time is 12:30 PM. If they can deduct my payment immediately, how is it there’s a 2 HOUR window between the time I play and the drawing time? AND this is the same across ALL games. Are they saying my bodega has a better app than they do? Even if the excuse is “The Lottery Authority”, blah, blah, blah, are we to infer that CASH App and many others are a superior brand of tech? After I exhaust my last deposit, I DONE WITH THIS CROOKED APP.
