Quick Pick feature stinks

MrAntonioP

The app is convenient for when you don’t have time to go out and buy tickets but their number generation for quick pick is horrible. I’ve used it several times and I’m constantly getting a massive amount of duplicate numbers. With such a huge pool of random numbers it’s absolutely ridiculous when some numbers appear on 4 out of 10 tickets. Convenient but you’re WAY better off choosing your own numbers if you want something random. Edit: Related to the developer response. I never stated the QP feature wasn’t compliant, I stated it’s terrible considering the massive amount of repeat numbers I receive. There are 11,238,513 5 digit combinations using 1-69. Seeing the same number across multiple tickets is highly unlikely. Thanks for your defensive response in relation to your compliant random number generator. Edit 2: used app again on 1/8/22 to buy mega millions tickets for next drawing. 5 tickets. 4 sets of repeating numbers. Definitely avoiding quick pick going forward. Edit 3: my review has been deleted as of 1/9/22. I’ll just keep reposting it.

Can’t catch a break

You make it very difficult for someone to collect their winnings, and make it so easy to take someone’s money from their account. I’m deleting this app, and going back to the old fashion way buy a ticket at a retailer when I win I can always go and cash it in. I’ll never recommend this app to anyone else and I’m deleting it. You can enjoy my winnings

App is cool but

So I just tired this app , I never played numbers before so it’s mostly out of boredom , but the one thing I don’t like is after I played some numbers it took over an hour to process the tickets , not sure if that’s normal or Bc I just set up an account with funds , I used a credit card to fund 30$ and there was a fee $ , but funds were instant to use. And the hour process was only for like 10 tickets. So it seems like an decent app so far just my review on what would be better

Crazy fee prices

Fee prices too high

It works

You fund your account with a bank account. Pay a small convenience fee to fund the account. Play your numbers or let random draw happen. I’ve won some money and it was added to the account. Easy.

Convenient

steveymark

Convenient to use. I do agree with meepsneep that there could be less notifications.

Love Jackpocket!

I don’t understand why some people are speaking so negatively about this service. I haven’t won a ton of money, but when I did win a prize over $600 I got an email AND text. Ticket was mailed to me safely in an unmarked outer package and inside was a hard Jackpocket folder to keep everything safe. They did everything for me- validated and sent me the ticket, claim form and detailed instructions. Couldn’t be easier! Their service fee is nothing compared to other sites where you can buy tickets online. I couldn’t be happier! Dee NJ

Love it!

I find this app so convenient! A day like today it was freezing to go outside with my kids, but now that I can play on my phone I referred a friend, got $20 in credits to play and luckily I won $40! Not bad at all. No more finding a retailer and standing on long lines.

Not able to play $1 plays

App would be better if were able to play 50/50 or 50cent
