It has/had bugs. I would order then hit prepare now it would not send. It also at times would take 15to 20 min for the pick up location would receive it.

I tried to order from a Jack in the box near me and they told me they were not excepting orders so I went to another one places my order and they took it … once I arrived they told me they were not taking orders and that they could not make my food and once I expressed to them that they had already charged my card the two lady’s in the store then told me it was not there problem and refused me my refund

Been using this app for years with no issues for a variety of locations. Love the food and the service, and gave one bad review for placing an order that took four hours to be ready with no explanation. After giving said bad review to Jack, I no longer can place delivery or pickup orders at any location no matter the day, time or address used, so guess that’s the end of the app!

Better use drive through, if you order ahead and submit payment you might not get your food because the store is closed, No one responsible for that.

I don’t recommend the delivery feature, if something seems to good to be true it probably is. If you place an order for delivery you risk not receiving all your items with limited options for rebuttal. Neither of the churros I ordered arrived. The driver told me to call or go into the restaurant for a refund but they don’t answer phone calls or respond to online complaints so I guess I’ll just go F myself. If I order something for delivery why would I go to the restaurant that very same night to collect what I paid to have delivered to me? Defeats the purpose of delivery. I paid for a service you advertised I would receive in exchange for payment, you failed to provide that service, you’ve refused a refund, you’ve committed fraud and false advertising. Order ID 906533

I’ve used the app a couple of times before with no problem. But I placed an order Sunday Jan 16th and the restaurant never received it and I waited and waited and they checked everything they could. Manager gave # to call for refund….it’s not working # and it’s posted on door! Worst time in my life to lose that money with no chance of return

It’s very disappointing that the app doesn’t allow for the special promotions. Twice I tried to get an item that was offered and the location said I had to pay for the item. The item shows up on the app prior to payment, and the location said it doesn’t show up on their order?

App said the store was drive thru only, which I was ok with till I came to place my order only to be told the store wasn’t accepting mobile orders. Why not tell me in the first place, so frustrating!

I placed an order through the app. Went to the restaurant and the employee told me they did not receive the order. I confirmed the address, showed the app, showed the bank transaction. “There’s nothing we can do.” I contacted customer service through the app. There has been no response. My bank shows the transaction was completed.
