Jack in the Box doesn’t always come across as the most careful and my early experience with the app was like that These days, I order from the app more than ordering at the counter and it works well. The exclusive deals in the app are awesome and save me money regularly.

I love the app for the most part. But why can’t I add certain items on my chicken or burger. Like on a chicken sandwich I have no option to add tomato on it or on the jr bacon burger I can’t add onion but I can add grilled onion.

Buttons slow to respond, location of store is a tedious process. Long lag from when order is placed until store receives the order.
