Order not fulfilled. Charged anyway. – Jack in the Box® Order App Review

I placed an order through the app. Went to the restaurant and the employee told me they did not receive the order. I confirmed the address, showed the app, showed the bank transaction. “There’s nothing we can do.” I contacted customer service through the app. There has been no response. My bank shows the transaction was completed.
