App crashes not allowing me to see photos or videos. Therefore the Iusb reader was a total waste of money. Unbelievable.

Tried to use the back up function to copy photos from an iPhone - not only did the app crash continuously- it also made multiple copies every time the process was restarted!! totally useless - made it to 8% after three hours and then realized I had seven copies of most of the images because the app was crap !!

Claimed iPad Pro compatibility is a lie. The iPad recognizes the 4 in 1 micro sd card reader as it opens the “Photos” app when connected. But when the iUSB Pro app is opened when the reader is inserted, the app says: “iUSB is not connected”. Support for this app is also non existent as the link to support in the App Store leads to a Chinese gambling site in Macao, China.
Selecting more than a couple files results in frozen app

The app is no longer working it doesn’t not allow me to send photos or do anything actually and the usb I bought is not working with any other app except this it is a disappointing unbelievable

it being crash while importing vedeo or photo to iphone! file .doc can't read and failed font ! admin should update for next version have more option to user have more choice . for example: " web borrow,double tap on vedeo to zoom in or zoom out! dowload file over the internet in this app.... that's everything I wish @@ thank u !

I can’t grant access to my photos, please help me ? I have an old iPhone SE and my app is up to date. I tried clicking on the app support but the page never loaded.

the latest version of the app works with my iphone ios 12.1.however, it does not work with my ipad air ios 12.4.3. it says that there are no files found. i do not know why this is the case when my files are all available when viewed on my iphone. please fix the bug. thanks in advance.
