please fix bug – iUSB Pro Review

the latest version of the app works with my iphone ios 12.1.however, it does not work with my ipad air ios 12.4.3. it says that there are no files found. i do not know why this is the case when my files are all available when viewed on my iphone. please fix the bug. thanks in advance.
