App doesn’t recognize the geekgo device

Plug it into my iPhone, and nothing. Go to the app, click on the usb (bottom left) and the screen with “iUSB is not connected” is all I get. So I can’t transfer files to or from my phone with this. Which means it’s nothing but a flash drive converter for my computer. Didn’t need one. Useless. Tried plugging/unplugging, closing/reopening app, nothing to do here. It simply doesn’t acknowledge the device is plugged in to the phone. Don’t buy the device, skip the app too of course. They need better programmers.

Needs to be more robust with corrupt files

The app crashes or hangs if there are corrupt or 0-length files on the USB. But current Tesla 3 firmware bugs create bad files all the time. This has made the app pretty much unusable to me, until either the author or Tesla gets their bugs fixed.

IUSB Pro no longer recognizes my USB device effective this update. This renders my USB device useless at this point. You need to fix this ASAP.

Latest updates rendered device useless

This device use to work amazing and fine. However now it will no longer connect following the latest updates. Hoping for a fix soon.

No bug fixes this past update like stated. Just a ad now at startup.

Apparently this app no longer recognizes the USB on the latest apple phones and tablets. Only works on older devices like the apple air2 tablet it works on regardless of ios version.

Cannot post to Instagram anymore, nor open videos in Camera Roll

I was able to post videos I made on the computer to Instagram through this app up until today. I have a business to run and it is disappointing that this app fails to do something it has had no problem doing before. If anyone can help me find a way to upload a video from my computer to Instagram, let me know. Otherwise this app gets 1 Star.

Crashes when every time I transfer

It worked fine up to a point and then it crashes once I try and transfer videos. I took everything off and it still crashes. When I tried to go to their app support its all in a different language. So no it’s useless to me till the app is fixed

App keeps crashing

App seemed to be working okay for a while but off late it crashes every time I initiate a transfer of files from phone to the iUSB device. There is not even a support email to contact and get this resolved.
