Ok so I love how accessible everything on it has become. For instance the Face ID option is awesome, the crimson card being on it now is awesome, and I really like all the quick links on the home page, and I LOVE that you can now click classes and it shows you deadlines and important dates, but I know for new students it might be a little confusing to have to click that little view all link to get to all the one.iu features. Like if I was an incoming student it would probably take me a little to realize that’s what I need to click on to get to iu classified from the home page.

It got so much better with the latest update! You can even access your crimson card in the app.
Have to sign in for anything you click on really frustrating not a convenience of an app

Easier just to sign in on a regular computer have to sign in every time you click somewhere is a big inconvenience. Once signed in you should have the option to stay signed in for everything if you’re rating cannot be a zero then that is not a fair rating.

The new changes to the app forces you to login in multiple time in just one use. It redirects you a lot.

Proud of the team at IU for listening to user feedback and creating this easy-to-use app interface. The campus illustrations are beautiful as well. Really brings a level of personalization I felt like wasn’t apparent in the older version.

The new layout is nicer and easier to use but I can’t seem to understand why they chose not to make a page with all of the one.iu options like there was with the last version. That is why the students use the app and now you have to log in twice and have it be in a website pop up window if you want to see any of the websites associated with one.iu. If they brought that back with the new layout this app would be nearly perfect. The whole point of having the app was to access one.iu without needing to go to the website.
Worked Great and now awful with update

The old app worked great on my iPad Pro and now the entire keyboard doesn’t show and I can’t rotate the screen from vertical. Changed a working system

What’s the point of having an app if it just opens a browser to access one.iu?? This way, it doesnt save your username or password and I have to use duo mobile every. Single. Time. The reason I needed this app was because one.iu doesn’t work very well in the mobile browser. This app is just a browser. Please make it an app again.
