Needs to be updated for iPhone X, Xs, Xs Max, and XR. PRONTO. :)

Every time I log in it makes me log in again over and over I can’t even use it. What if i don't have my laptop and i need to check my email for something critical for my success? You wouldn’t want the IU students to suffer, do you?

Version after version, the IU Mobile app continues to disappoint. Whoever is deciding about how this app should be made, please consult with an app development professional. Vice versa, if you're not going to write a native app, just withdraw this from the store, give the task to someone who can rewrite it as a native iOS app, and only then re-publish it on the App Store. This is not a native iOS app. It's a web view wrapped in an app starter, with all the disadvantages of both approaches: 1. the GUI needs to be loaded from the network every time, making it slow and unresponsive. 2. each view is completely unrelated and differently designed: there's no consistency at all. 3. the app won't save your username/password, so that you have to type them in every time you use it. 4. several web views have NO mobile implementation. Those are truly unusable on mobile devices, no matter how they're wrapped in a web viewer app. If one of the students taking my "Mobile App Development" course at IU wrote this app as their final project, they would fail the course. Not kidding.

Keeps returning to authentication

The app repeatedly returns to the authentication page, then asks for duo authentication. Won’t go to requested page, i.e., the app doesn’t work.

This is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. If I want to look at my Umail I have to constantly hit the home tab then try to get back in, often taking 10+ attempts to finally work. I feel as though a chimp could have made a more fluid app.

Will Not Show Two Step Login

The app, nor the browser, will show the Two Step Login, which means I cannot access my email through this app or even the browser.

Can’t enter canvas or mail !!
