Terrible

Brian Jett

This is just the already-terrible IU One wrapped in an in-app browser. I didn't think it was possible to make the IU app any worse than it already was, but IU managed to do just that. What an embarrassment for such a large school.

awful

so awful

this is not an iOS app

Mitja

This is not a native iOS app. It's a web view wrapped in an app starter, with all the disadvantages of both approaches: 1. the GUI needs to be loaded from the network every time, making it slow and unresponsive. 2. each view is completely unrelated and differently designed: there's no consistency at all. 3. the app won't save your username/password, so that you have to type them in every time you use it. 4. several web views have NO mobile implementation. Those are truly unusable on mobile devices, no matter how they're wrapped in a web viewer app. Conclusion: if you're not going to write a native app, better to withdraw this from the store. Employ someone who can rewrite it as a native iOS app, and only then re-publish it on the App Store.

Great move from OneStart

Lazwright

One.IU is a huge improvement over the OneStart program. One.IU makes it easy to find the information I need! ?

Despite, all the negative reviews, I just downloaded the app and I'm really impressed. It's really easy to navigate and I no longer have to log on to my account online! I like it! ?????

I don't know about the web version of this app but the iOS one is just horrible!

Prone to crashing

Darksilver Hawk

The layout and navigation is alright, but the whole apps is so prone to hangs and crashes as to be unusable. For example, attempting to interact with a timesheet will, without fail, cause the entire app to crash. Disappointing that such a large university couldn't make a functioning app, and even more disappointing that it seems they can't even be bothered to fix the problems after all this time.
