New Version Does Not Work

The app no longer works. It displays no train times. I've reinstalled the app and re-enabled my pro subscription, no change. The app doesn't do the primary thing it's made for: display train schedules. The developer has not responded to support emails. Maybe they've abandoned the app. Next step for me will be to get a refund from Apple. Do not buy, does not work, developer is AWOL.


Great APP in past. Stopped working.

This App (free version) was great because it gave excellent train time info, even stand alone w/ no Internet. Been using it for a couple years. But it always took several days after a MNR schedule change before it would start working again. Now it's been 9 days since the 4/3/2016 schedule change and it's still not working at all. Very disappointing.

Don't waste your money. This app will take your money and give you nada. Customer service is non-existent. If I could give it zero stars I would. It does not provide live feeds anymore. I had this app for three years and it worked up until a few months ago. I commute to NYC via Metro-North daily. I previously bought the iTrans NYC Subways app to get around the city. I contacted customer service several times over the last two weeks with no reply.

Same problem here. Stopped working - No timetables. I even re-subscibed for a full year thinking the subscription had expired. Apple needs to address and get us refunds!

I'll admit to only having the free version, so fully understand I can't have too many expectations, but I do expect a timetable app to actually have a timetable! This did work for a log time, but can only assume the app owner has totally given up on it now as nothing works. Don't even waste your down loading time.....

UPDATE: It started working again temporarily... and is now, again, not working anymore. I still never got a response to my several attempts to reach customer service (over six months ago)... I demanded a refund through the App Store and got no response... and the free "TrainTime" app is a million times better than this POS app could ever be. Wish I knew about that before getting robbed by this scammer. Don't waste your money... and if you can, help bring this scam artist developer to justice for stealing everyone's money who bought this app. They are legitimate criminals... whether intentionally or just negligently. I want my money back! Expose them! (Original post from 6 months ago)... I know apps have issues here and there but this is unacceptable at this point. I paid for a pro subscription as I commute daily and thought it would be worth it. It worked great for a couple months but now it has not been working for over a week and shows "no trips" at all. I have the latest version and have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I have emailed customer support three times with no response. This would be an OK app (id rate it a 3 had this not happened);but for the price and with the support (or, lack there of) I've experienced... not worth it at this point. If it gets fixed, they should make the ability to save your regular trips (I.e. It should know where you commute to and from every day) so you don't need to type it in every time. If it's not fixed or I'm still not at least responded to sometime this week, I will be demanding a refund and taking whatever action needed to resolve this.
