Not Working

I set up a yahoo account to test it. I’m sending from this app, opening the yahoo mail and it still shows unread. Someone please tell me if I’m doing something wrong.

Unless I'm doing something wrong, I don't want to put that embedded message in my email letter, that the person opening the letter is being tracked. Doesn't this defeat the purpose?

BUT...don't like that it notifies every time that YOU open your sent mail, or every time that YOU look at the server/notification info etc. Today it was even notifying every time that I unlock my ph...I just want to be notified when OTHERS read the mail, I know when I'm looking!!

Some dislikes- if you don't want the recipient to know they are being tracked, you have to upgrade. You have to send emails from within the app itself, can't save drafts. The IP Address is almost always inaccurate, a useless feature. If you open the email from "Sent", it gets notified as the email being opened. Not the best, but it does the job.

I'd been having issues with a couple of 'friends,'-them claiming they don't check their email very much (once every 2 months?! Right...) or that they didn't receive it. This tracking system is awesome: it allows me to see when they opened the email, from what source, and how often. Only 2 things I would change: the ability to send a pic and to be able to shut off tracking when I open a file containing the iTrack email. The only tracking I want is when the opening takes place on the other end. Other than that I consider this app to be very useful.

So to test the program I sent myself a test email. I got random messages saying the email was just opened when I had not opened the email and not only that but I wasn't even on my phone. It did send me a message when I opened the email but there's no real way of knowing if or when the emails are being opened. It also shows my own IP address as the person opening the two messages I sent out to others. Flawed program for sure!

I tested it myself and I opened up the email several times for several seconds and it still only said it was opened once.

The normal message that is displayed at the bottom from I track is not there just an empty box and it is not tracking my emails. I have sent emails to myself on an other email address to check and they aren't showing that they are being read.

It will not track at all. I got no response when I contacted the support email. I also had used it before on this phone and wanted to restore old emails but it wouldn't do that either. It has no tracking ability at all for the past 2 days.
