Plant updates? I don’t see any

I paid for a year subscription and since then, I have not seen any additional plant material added. I am a landscape designer, Central Florida, and thought I would give this a try. First, it continues to crash on me. Very frustrating when I’m in the middle of a project and gone. Aggravating. I’m not sure I am going to pay a second year of subscription... but I sure hope there are improvements and more added plant, trees, bushes, hardscape, etc. might keep me going... thanks for listening.

Disfunctional trial option

I opened a file to get familiar with the UI. It seems it will only open one file. I cannot delete this to open another one. Also only a few options for plants, one for pavers, and none for hardscape. In short an inadequate trial version, certainly not adequate to allow a deciding purchase. Delete.

Waste of money

Frequently crashed and did not provide plant listing even though there were no problems with my internet. The library, when it did show up, did not provide exhaustive plant options. Wish I never purchased it.

This app would be awesome if 1. It wasn’t so buggy. 2. Had more in the library. I’m happy to change the review when this happens. Step it up and you could be a leader in this field.

Doesn’t work with iPad Pro

I’ve tried loading, deleted, reloaded, reset ... doesn’t matter. I can start a project, but as soon as I touch the screen, the app immediately crashes. Every time.

Really bummed this app didn’t work. It constantly crashed the second I tried to place anything with AR. Latest model iPad Pro... AR works flawlessly on every other app on here. Too bad.

Great when it works

I get very frustrated using this app. It frequently crashes, freezes, or “loses” its plants (there is nothing in the plant database). I usually have to close app to get them back, but sometimes even that doesn’t work, and I have to walk away. If it worked all the time, I’d give it five stars, as it is remarkable to be able to design my landscape!

Doesn’t work with my iPhone 11 Pro. It crashes the moment I try to do anything
