Serious bugs with ignore feature are bad for my serenity

I found some bugs with /ignore in this version but here's the deal, don't leave a bug report here, they can't reply to you for more info. If you have a problem: In the app itself go to settings (from server tab) and select "feedback channel", Itll create a new connection and join their room. I pastebin'ed my problem (whiny review) into the channel and signed off. They looked up my ID and emailed me within 12 hours to get more info and begin investigating my issue. Quick response was: "Very glad you reported this in our channel since we have no way to reply or contact people who leave reviews on the app store." Updated my review in their favor for effective support response and commitment to fixing issues. Everything's great except the ignore bugs.
No split screen support

They've had almost a year to implement it and still nothing beyond "it's planned?" Seriously? Will cancel my subscription if we get to iOS 10 and still no update.
Too much battery and larger text supported isn't large enough

This app doesn't support larger text so it's a pain to read for those that are used to their iPhones larger font. It also uses way too much battery. Over 62 percent

I was a little surprised to see the negative reviews. I've been connected for over 24 hours without a disconnect and it seems to work really well. I like that I can adjust the color themes. No complaints at all.
IRC logs + cloud storage = bad idea

Privacy Policy excerpt: "Your logs are not encrypted, because we send them back to you as plaintext, and we need to be able to index them for searching." Seems like a security risk to not use the self-hosted Enterprise version of this.
