Bring some old features back!

cmurf113

I've had this app for 2 years now. I love the Couch to 5k program but I miss the features on the older version where I could clearly see my progression through the run and I could see the week ahead to plan for the changes in the program. I've been recently diagnosed with severe allergies and exercised induced asthma so this program keeps me on track, helps me build up slowly after breaks in running and it does not progress too quickly. No injuries and room for advancement. Great app just give me some of the old perks back please!!

Great App - please make display time more visible

trabera

I really love this app but I'm a bit disappointed with the most recent update that makes the remaining time smaller and less visible. The time on the previous version was big and bright enough that I could glance down at my phone (strapped on my bicep) and easily read the display. It's now so small that it's hard to see when outdoors. Otherwise this app is fantastic.

Does exactly what its supposed to do

slevino

Decided to do Couch to 5k training program and looked around for a program that would let me listen to my music and yet guide me through my intervals (different ones every week). This app has worked flawlessly for me on my older ipod touch runnning ios 4.x.

Great App

I've been doing interval running for years and its always been a struggle to hear my interval watch over my music. This totally solves that problem. I also like the pre-programmed runs on there as it has thrown a little variety into a stale routine. Definitely worth the money considering it just replaced a $35 watch without losing any features. Also easier to program than my watch!

Almost perfect!!!

I love that I can use it in conjunction with my Nike app so I can know my distance and pace too. It is clear and easy to use. I am doing the couch to 5k program right now. Almost perfect because it only has space for you to run 3 days a week. It would be nice to have a 4 or 5 days a week option. Not really that big of a deal though and at the moment I wouldn't really be able to do much more than that.

I like it a lot!

I love this app. I've been using it for three months and I've had no issues. Personally the coolest thing is you can edit the workouts in a text file and import them into your program very easily and quickly via email. Past c25k and bridge to 8k? Transcribe your 1/2 marathon or full marathon training schedule to a text file and email it to yourself. Click the attachment to automatically import it into the program and viola.

Great App could use minor enhancement

Jbatchelor635

This app is great, it helps tell me when to run, when to walk and when to cool down. It is nice that you can program it by interval time, it would be nice if the app used GPS features and allowed you to program intervals by distance too.

A Few Small Fixes

Nasty Norm!

I like the program. It's easy to use and works well. I'd just like to see a training for increasing speed thru intervals. Also and more importantly, the ability to create a custom program is awesome but a note or log after would be great. This way, I could keep track of the distance I ran each time while trying to increase the speed and miles run during the time set. Charting this would be even better.

Used in half marathon with audiobook

VanessaJT

Works really well when paired with music or audiobook. My only hiccup was that it skipped one of my intervals during the race. Not sure if I just didn't hear the "walk" command or if the app did in fact skip it.

Been using this for three years!

I bought this app three years ago when I first started running, and it has been a faithful companion throughout many races and training runs! I love being able to program my own workouts, but then also using the preset ones are nice too. This is a quality app!
