I’m trying to remove this subscription and it’s giving me the most difficult time. It’s always a click off a button to take someone’s money monthly but how ironic is it that you have to go through hoops to remove it. I didn’t realize it has been charging me for a year now. PLEASE HELP!

Not happy with the app. The whole having to pay for features is ridiculous. It doesn’t even let me use the app for free anymore. Like the only option is to pay for it. I can’t exit that screen unless I pay.

I purchased the app when I had an Android. Loved it, it worked flawlessly. Now that I have a new iPhone 13 Pro Max this app is less than useless. The app won't display any of the 1000’s of pictures I currently have on my phone. I can't direct the app to look elsewhere on my phone either. I purchased the app because of my android experience but it didn't make a difference. If it's ME, and not the app, I'll change to 5 ? and re-purchase, but until it's fixed or they tell me I'm doing something wrong, I'll look at other apps.

I have used this app for several years and I have never had an issue. I just got a new phone and re-downloaded it and I can’t get past the free trial pop-up to be able to use the app. I don’t need premium and it is very frustrating because I just want to use the app and I cannot.

The app is free but it won’t let me do ANYTHING without upgrading to the premium now.

Clicked on try 3 day trial. Got charged $32. Why are you advertising a free trial and then charging people?! And no I didn’t get charged 3 days later. I got charged as soon as I clicked to try the free trial.
