i cannot believe they’ve billed me monthly for two years and i never even used it. i didn’t realize until my daughter asked me that she keeps seeing charges from apple. ridiculous

They say that they offer the basic features without paying, but when you download the app it forces you to sign up for a free trial. There’s no way to exit out. I tried going in and out multiple times but it won’t let you in to even resize a photo without signing up for the trial. That’s a bit ridiculous.

SCAM - Charged me for Premium and Locked me Out

I accidentally clicked a button for a premium trial. When I tried to cancel, I was immediately locked out of my account and am now being charged $4.99 every month. The password reset button doesn’t work (I have tried three times). I would like to believe this is simply a technical error, but the timing of it looks very shady. I feel scammed. I have not heard back from Instasize support on how to fix it.

Downloaded the app & couldn’t even try it out because it required me to sign up for a 3 day premium free trial, that I would be automatically charged for afterwards. No thanks. Automatic delete.

Cant get past a premium ad

As soon as I open the app, an ad for premium pops up and there is no exiting. There isn’t a skip, there isn’t an x… I waited and closed/opened the app a bunch. Don’t download - waste of my time and phone space.

i’ve used instasize since high school (i’m 23 now) downloaded again and i can’t even get past the screen where it wants me to pay a monthly fee. stupid and not worth it. i’ll just use a cheapo app to do the same thing i’m wanting.

Can you please fix your app it crashes every single time I put a motion on my graphics. I pay for this app and it’s very annoying. No other issues besides this it works great and I use it for my business everyday.

wouldn’t let me access the free version of the app

I downloaded the app so I could crop my photos. After it finished downloading, I clicked “Get started” and it instantly asks me to subscribe to the Premium features, and I didn’t want to because I wanted to use the free version. But there was no access out of it, and even if I tried, it would still tell me to buy it. Fix your app.

The app works perfectly fine, just stop asking me to subscribe to the premium version every 5 seconds. Can’t even click a button without the page popping up, sometimes the AppStore purchase pop up comes up with out me even touching anything. If I have to click out of your pop up 10 times to add borders to 1 picture, it’s too much. Just not worth the annoyance.

Used to love this app and use it all the time u til recently. It’s started closing the app in the middle of editing or trying to save the photo after editing and not deleting all progress resulting in me having to restart. Definitely gonna go find a new app this is so frustrating to deal with!
