Waste of time

I’ve used this app a few times. And it wa a disaster every time. Today: After 2 hours after the scheduled delivery time.. the supermarket decided not to come today (MAYBE tomorrow) been waiting for a total of 7 hours now. And.. of course.. the order can not be canceled by the user, and customer service doesn’t exists at all. So I’m forced to wait for the supermarket’s mercy to deliver tomorrow. 2 days ago: The order was 3 hours late (waited for 14 hours) The order was missing 30% of what I ordered. And they even replaced some of the products I ordered to something else (slightly similar) I do not recommend this app at all

InstaShop is a very crucial app especially for people who live alone. It solved a really big problem and made my life a lot easier! Also it’s handling the current pandemic and grocery situation VERY well. Keep it up!

In such hard times amidst the coronavirus pandemic, Intsashop has done amazing. There are always late orders here and there but that fact that they always deliver on the same day and are so efficient makes them the top delivery company in dubai. I only wish they had more supermarkets such as Spinneys!
Bad app

It’s a very bad app, with orders not being delivered. Plus, insta points are just a scam. The app lets you invite friends but never give you points when they use the app.

I used my visa card to buy groceries from this app.. just about 10 days after using it i got a message that my card was used on audible! Never used this card to buy anything online except in this application so i am guessing that it is not very secure. So be careful.
App doesn’t work anymore

It either keeps loading forever and I get messages like “this is taking longer than usual” and “something weird is going on...” or it crashes on start up.

I purchase through InstaShop several times and order always delayed, no support team you have to follow up with the shop it’s depend on your luck if they will answer your call or not?

You cannot cancel your orders if it got late. App gives you estimated delivery time but that's not an accurate estimate. You might get it in 2-3 hours later. No customer support to answer you and all what you get is a notification saying all shops are having heavy workload. Don't pay by card because you will not get a refund.
