This app is absolutely amazing. I have written a review for one other app because it asked me so many times I got annoyed and I wanted it to stop. This app didn't even ask me for a review, I just loved it so much. It made me stronger in so many levels. I'm urging you to get this app because it will help you in so many ways. ??????

Not what expected. There are better app out there that are free. Would not recommend.
Still the best workouts. Offline and Free.

This app changed my life. The groupings and sequences of exercises in this app are far superior to any out there including Azumio's own Fitness Buddy or Argus because of the way the groupings are organized. Their newer apps' seem to have randomized exercises. It's going on two years without an update. At minimum this app needs to sync workouts properly to Apple's Health.app. Can't wait. Update: 06/16. The workouts can no longer sync to the server and are no longer logged.
