I was looking for easy but varied workout program. This is it!! Like what I have seen so far !!


Great basic training app, love it!

I like that it links to the Argus app and the apple health kit app and uses the heart rate app to record my pulse before and after each workout. I like to alternate my daily workouts with doing the "seven minute" workout and doing yoga, so when it thinks I missed a day in my fitness plan I would like the option to log an "other workout" performed in my schedule. Also, I think it would be great if maybe the programmers can add a "seven minute" workout routine, an aerobics routine and maybe a basic ash tanga yoga practice to the apps workout selections. Thanks!

Like the app. I'd like to see enhancement that will show picture of the next exercise when counting down to it.

I work out every day at the gym and do some basic machines there, then I come home and use my dumbbells and ankle weights and I have noticed many changes. This app is wonderful and it is definitely worth purchasing the whole package if you're really trying to get in shape!


Not locating the muscle

I downloaded the app mainly to locate the muscle exercise. This app doesn't show which part of muscle you are working on. Like on machines at the gym. This is the most important for me to know how to improve certain parts in my body.

I did a combination of workouts lasting approximately 35 minutes and it was awesome. Super convenient and easy to follow I will definitely incorporate this into my strength training for running.
