Crashes Every Time

The only thing this app is good at doing is crashing.

Ugh. I wanted to like this app. Some things work well but the new story editor will constantly crash when even putting two clips together. Hdr synthesis on images is annoying too. It crashes when I click to view any hdr pics. Ugh. Stop friggin crashing!!

Poor google maps integration

Faulty integration with Google Maps. There seems to be issue every time I sign in. It states “ This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In. “ And this has been a recurring problem that still hasn’t been resolved. I contacted support and they know of this issue, and still haven’t fixed it. Returned

Always an issue

Currently neither the camera or the app are giving me an option to shoot video.

and it keeps crashing when the video is longer than 30 secs. super frustrating.

Unable to link google account

Will not link to a google account for street view uploads. Google error says that the app has not been verified yet by google to use google sign in. The only way to upload video to google street view is via this app. This is a huge disappointment as it’s one of the main reasons I punched the camera.

Lots of Issues

There’s an option to share via Google Street View but the developers haven’t had the app verified with Google yet in order to use Google Sign In. Every. Single. Time. I turn on and off the camera, I have to go through steps to connect the camera to my phone. It should be automatic after initial set up.

Editor missing most important function.

Not being able to edit out segments of a video makes the editing functionality of the app practically useless. I shoot 16 minutes of video and all I can do is trim the beginning or the end, I cannot remove any segments within the video. Stupidly designed.

They must fix some issues very fast 1- live streaming via WIFI not cable 2- using phone while downlaoding or atlwast not start from begining if someone call 3-some of clibs doesnt downlaod with original audio

The Insta360 One X App makes the Insta360 One X camera worthless on an IOS device. The App does not allow account Google Account Linking which is one of the selling points that the company uses to sell it product. If you want to use the camera with Google Street View then know it won’t work properly. Google alerts users that there is a security risk and will not allow account linking. I have not been able to fully test the camera to its fullest because the app does not work.
