I was excited to be given this product as a travel gift. I Repeatedly followed the installation and setup instructions and this item will not connect to iPhone 7. Now I’m getting alerts that this developer needs to update to iOS11. This wouldn’t connect to Samsung Galaxy 7 either. If the developer were to update their software, I could see many valuable uses for this product, to include locating lost luggage.

Love it! I am always losing my keys! I actually bought this for my hubby and took it back lol!! I will be buying another to put in my wallet! Great product!! And I have an iPhone 6S Plus. It pairs great! No probs at all!! No more lost keys!!!!!! Yay!!!

The app developer needs to fix shortcomings. The app will not pair the devices, I feel like $70 down the toilet. There should be quality control follow-up!!!

App does NOT WORK with iPhone 6 and above. It crashes when you try to pair to device... So pretty much worthless now and money down the drain. Not happy. Company needs to follow up and update there sh*t.
