I was able to pair the device initially and it seems to work OK. However I wanted to pair the device on another IP 5. At this point, I cannot get the new IP to see the new device. I took the following steps: 1) Delete the device inside the insite app from the first IP 2) Delete the device inside the first IP's bluetooth setting 3) remove the battery from the device 4) Launch the insite app from the second IP 5) Put back the battery and go thru the pairing process from the second IP. At this point, the app keeps having problem with pairing

Works perfectly. I recommend turning off gps in the settings of the app until you actually need to find your item.

Why you should not get this app is because every time try to get on to the app it glitches me out of it and the first time I try it it said it was some where else but I looked around and I found while it said it was at a store so do Not get this app

App keeps kicking out. I have to keep deleting it then reinstall it. Works every once in awhile but it's not worth the hassle. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone till the bugs are worked out

Maybe never upgarded to lOS 9.. Maybe just junk. Downloaded app.. Will not run on most current ipad with most current OS. CRASH, CRASH, CRASH... if you paid money for this good luck...

Bought 3 inSites. Worked great on iPhone 5. Will not work on my new lPhone 6. Wrote to Audiovox customer service for help, and here's the "help" they provided. That's about $35/inSite down the toilet! This is an issue with the app, not the device itself. The app developer has not provided a solution to this problem with their product and so the separation alarms will no longer work. There is no other app that will work with these devices. Ed. Customer Service
total junk, dont waste your time or money!
