Auto-Play Audio is awful

Business Insider is my favorite place to go for quality content on what’s important to me. However, as of recently, they’ve implemented auto-play mid-roll content that goes around your phones settings and blares audio at top volume. To turn it off, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of your page and pause the content. I can’t have this when I take the train in the am and hope they can change this soon. Don’t sell out to marketers demand for higher engagement. The user experience is important!

Still haven't resolved the issue of stopping my music wherever I open an article..

Can’t read a single article.

Used to be good but good ol’ greed always wins. Now you can’t click on a single article without a video ad popping up! I don’t mean an ad before a video, but a video just to click and read an article. What’s worse, if you’re listening to your own music, you have to close out the ad and then go back to your music app to start your music back and do this for every article you you read.

Any articles that I save aren’t showing in the Saved Articles tab. If I find them, they still have the flag marked, indicating that it should be in the Saved tab.

app quits out when i click to expand content in a story. app quits out when i clicked app support here in the app store and it tried to launch. yes, i restarted. yes, i’ve checked for updates. yes, i’ve done a force quit. #fail

App crashes more than it should considering the investment they make into it. No good app support. What I think most apps don’t realize is that if you are like many of us who have deleted the Apple Mail app, you get an error message when you click on app support. Find a solution to this so we don’t have to go to the App Store for support!

I generally enjoy the app and the updates over the last year have drastically improved the mobile experience. One notable issue that continues to exist is that embedded instagram posts fail to display properly. Only the top of the post is visible, including the poster name and the top of the image.

New version keeps crashing

Several times a day, the app crashes. Probably all of the new video ads they are now using. BTW - this is on a maxed out iPhone X.
