The scale I received is quite elegant and it provides a lot of metrics which I like the most. App is simple but enough. So far I feel positive.

Very easy to setup and super professional workout application, great update and accurate data.

I just received this yesterday and set it up. Everything was working just fine. Today the app kept saying no user. Tried logging out and logging back in. It did not recognize my information. Attempted to delete and reinstall. Also did not work :/ Very unhappy. If app in not working than why am I paying for a scale at this price?!

Can’t even create an account

I was going to order an Innotech scale but decided to download the app first just to be safe. I am not even able to create a new account in the app without getting an error message (iPhone-8 running 12.3.1). From the other reviews, it sounds like a lot of others are having the same issue. Doesn’t give me much faith if they can’t even fix their app. Glad I didn’t order the scale first! I’ll check out some other brands I think...

App worked for TWO WEEKS then ERRORS

App only worked for two weeks. Now I keep getting a User-ID error. I uninstalled the app and tried to log in or sign up and I’m getting ANOTHER ERROR!! I just want to return the scale and find one that works with the app

App says measurement is in ft/lb but everything now is in Kg and can’t switch it back and forth. Not happy as it’s not working now.

The trend line is pointless. It is always a straight line cause the range can’t be adjusted and it doesn’t adjust on its own. A weight range of 0 to 541 pounds means the line will not likely show your personal trend unless you’re on a game show.

Tracking is Useless

So frustrated that there is no way to change the graphic axis. Even trying to lose 40-50lbs looks like a straight line when your top number is 400 and bottoms out at zero. It makes tracking anything useless and I use a different app anyways. Honestly if I knew this I would have bought a different scale

Info will not load to Fitbit account as it says it will. Everything for syncing and Fitbit giving ok for info to be sent, but nothing.
