App worked for TWO WEEKS then ERRORS – Innotech Scale Review

App only worked for two weeks. Now I keep getting a User-ID error. I uninstalled the app and tried to log in or sign up and I’m getting ANOTHER ERROR!! I just want to return the scale and find one that works with the app
