Can’t even create an account – Innotech Scale Review

I was going to order an Innotech scale but decided to download the app first just to be safe. I am not even able to create a new account in the app without getting an error message (iPhone-8 running 12.3.1). From the other reviews, it sounds like a lot of others are having the same issue. Doesn’t give me much faith if they can’t even fix their app. Glad I didn’t order the scale first! I’ll check out some other brands I think...
