there's no "remember me" or " save password" option. for this reason I'm back using the browser access.

Works great, has decent functions, etc. However if you are just 1 minute late paying your bill the app refuses to let you pay it (unlike every other company that still would allow you access to pay on their app). The app also hates my debit card and is now rejecting it for a "general error" even though it accepts it on their website through a desktop computer (the info is saved so I'm not using a mistyped # or exp date). Super frustrating.

The app overall is good, but could have a few more options and complexities i.e. Being able to see energy usage in real time. Also Touch ID or a Rememebr Me option for the account info would make app usage super easy!

This app works but today, when I paid my bill, it didn't give me any kind of confirmation that the bill had been paid although I know that my bank account was charged. Plus, it possibly caused me to pay the same bill twice.
Where's the payment confirmation?

Please fix this issue! Your web page has so much more to offer than the phone app. I never know if my payment was submitted twice!

I would love to see an average daily/weekly/monthly usage graph on the app as well as an "average user" comparison. Also, would like to be able to stay logged in on app. Crossing my fingers that this power company exceeds expectations!

What a waste of time. It doesn't even remember my login details. Please do that and also add touch ID support in the next release. Else maybe just remove this app from the app store.
