When reviewing terms for contracts there is no Barack button, the app has to be closed out and reopened.

I'm giving it five stars mainly for the boldness of a utility company being a relatively early adopter of mobile. This is a version 1 app, so the features are limited. Fortunately, the design standards are nice and the interface is easy to navigate. I'd like to request adding the ability to view past statements, as well as the PDF invoices for this month and past months.

I have re-downloaded this app 3 times and still not getting it open. This is so annoying especially when I can't pay my bill online through my phone because it keeps sending me to the app that does not work. Please fix this I have other things to do than to keep trying to fix this app myself.

App currently does not function. It's weird though because I used it last month to pay my bill and it worked fine. Fix it and ill update my rating.

This app is decent and gives important details like usage history and billing info to the users. But navigation and overall design of the app is poor and needs an overhaul. Useful app to have.
