Simple interface, straightforward functioning.

Says My Card is Expired..before expiration date

Isgambini

Will not allow me to pay bill saying the card which I am using has expired despite an expiration date of 2015

Excellent ap

PlatinumMedallion

Very easy to use for infinite energy customers. Would love to see 2 things 1. Change payment method (possibly even paypal and Amex) 2. Ability to review and accept offers / renewals and new contracts

Nice addition

Nicebb

Easy to use. Surprised they had an app!!

Hybrid is terrible

Cortexm4

JQuery and HTML5 have no place pretending to be a native application. At least put some effort towards a mobile solution. Which ever idiot decided hybrid is the way to go needs to be fired.

Fix it

Stangin91

Sits there and loads. If you're going to advertise mobile payment options, at least make an app that works.

Does not load

Machinehead323

Just sticks on the login page

So far, so good..

[rGc]

I pay all of my bills from my iPad, and going to the IE website from Safari made it difficult to see my invoices. I kept ignoring the pop-up asking me to download the app, until today. The interface is clean and bright, and I was able to view my invoice without issue.. I paid my bill with ease, and so far I have no complaints. Nice app!

Touch ID / Snapshot View

Popupman

Please add Touch ID support or at least a snapshot view. It would be nice not to have to log in just to see my bill total.

Crappy company

Rynoyes

Rates are way to high They report every bill balance on credit reports Reliant energy is cheaper and their app shows you current meter charges and projected out as well!! I cancelled with this company and paid the 150 termination to save way more with reliant
