Good simple app that plays Indie every where I need to be. Indie 103.1 was my favorite LA/OC radio station from their very first 90 days of commercial free music, to the last day playing "My Way".

great idea for an iphone app! hopefully in a future update, you guys can add the artist info as well. other than that, it's perfect.

I'm shaking my head trying to figure out why they removed the previous version of the Indie 1031 app. It had a few more features, like the current song and title. Also, the interface was cleaner. The interface in this version is spastic; elements are misaligned, the Indie logo is cut-off at the top and the volume bar and play button is just plain ugly. But, it works, so three stars, but only because it's Indie 1031. Indie is a excellent station, even though they've lost Henry Rollins (who is on KCRW now) and Steve Jones. The station still has a decent amount of talent though, like Joe Escalante, Chuck P, Full Metal Jackie, etc.... The music playlist is outstanding. I'm really hoping that the online venture for the station works out, and that they can bring back some of the other DJs. I would have paid for the previous version of the Indie app to support the station. I wouldn't pay for this one though -- It needs work.

I have been waiting for Indie to put up an app for this radio station for months now! When it went off the airwaves I was so sad! Now I am so happy that I can get it on my iPhone now!! I love this station! Know I'm just waiting for the song names to appear while the sing is playing.

When they went off air, I was totally heartbroken and now I can smile again. App doesn't have all the dings bells and whistles but music quality is good.
