Most of the apps features do not work
Klassik Moose

This app didn’t work for me at all. Wouldn’t load many features. Wish it did, would be a great resource if it worked

Unable to connect
frustraded meeting goer

Really frustrating to log in to an online meeting and be unable to connect. Tried to select the “needs help” icon but all I get is a black screen. Really needed this meeting.

Failed to connect

I have been logging on for a while now and it always says failed to connect when I try to enter a video meeting. Please help

App Does Not Work
Logan Mary

I have used this app on an S8+ and J7 Eclipse with no issues. The apple version of this doesn’t work. Any time I try to open any meeting it just says “failed to load” immediately. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, done everything I can think of.

Video meeting do not work
Dr.VVC

I have tried to reach out to support and nothing. I have had the app for a while and all the sudden for 7 days now the “ video netting’s “ will not work. When I click on specific meeting, I get black screen and message on top that said “ failed connection”. Every single time. I checked my internet and it’s good. Is there any support ????? So disappointed, this was the only way i was able to go to meetings. I hope you can fix this!

Doesn’t work

I love IN the Rooms but I hate the app. For a while I could get on the meetings, but there were issues with the sound etc. Now I can’t get on at all! Useless.

No worky
Avscoupons

This doesn’t show meetings when I search. Or it shows me meetings from another state. No helpful- deleting!

This app (on iPhone, anyway) is beyond dreadful. Absolutely everything I’ve tried to do has been frustrating to the point of disgust. Can’t get profile pics to load right, can’t find any way to edit additional profile info (text), the “need help” button goes NOWHERE, attempts to join video meeting first said “failed to connect” and then claimed I was “connected” but it was just a black screen that said connected on it. Nothing came of it; I quit. The only thing that did work was the “notification” which told me I had a message from what appeared to be a greeter (official or unofficial, I couldn’t say). His message encouraged me to fill out my profile so people could get to know me. I’d love to ... if only I could. No tutorial, no place to address tech difficulty... nothing intuitive about this app AT ALL. Bummer, because I really wanted it to work. Thankfully, I’m not going to drink over it today...

Don’t get this app or use the video meetings
beanything

Technical support refused to delete my account and remove my information, saying after 90 days the account would deactivate. This has never been true. Once I did my step 5 with a therapist and not someone from the online group, no one would return my texts or emails except 2 people. Before that, people were ‘offering’ to hear all these personal details—I chose someone in person who I trusted-so what! Every time I tried to post someone, the message would get sent to several people(people I didn’t even know) and they, as I, didn’t know what was happening. I guess I will go on somewhere else, some people decide you don’t deserve to have any support-you’re not allowed to get it

terrible

wow...the first app I have ever downloaded where absolutely NOTHING works. Quite extraordinary. I’m assuming whoever made it has just given up and left it to die.
