Poor connectivity

After most recent app update the app keeps loading but never quite finishing necessitating reloading the app over and over. Note,other apps are working and I have performed Xfinity speed tests to router and to my devices and they are all well above plan. Lottery App problems occur on my back up cell phone as well.
Easy and convenient

I appreciate the ease of purchasing tickets without even have to leave my home. It’s very convenient. I just wish I could purchase tickets this way while out of state.

Loading for a few seconds turns into forever

This app was great until a week ago, now after it boots up it says loading, please wait a few seconds…. The only problem, it’s forever, it doesn’t go beyond that! I have money in my account that I can’t use now! Don’t waste your time on this app until it’s fixed properly! I’m not the only one who is having the problem! Stay away for now!
