Since upgraded my app hasn’t worked!?

Since your last update, my app has not worked! It ha says “loading”. It’s been saying that for three days! It’s so frustrating!

The app was so convenient as I’m not a fan of buying in person. Too overwhelming for me. Now the app no longer opens. First it was an occasional Oops it’s a 500 error message and now it’s all the time. I even deleted the app and downloaded it again.
Haven’t been able to use since the update

The app was great, especially in this time of wanting to go out for frivolous reasons. I loved it - cheap entertainment. Now it get stuck on the “loading “ page and won’t open, even after reinstalling. I’d gladly give five stars… if I could use the app.
Need to delete and re-install app just to work

Hello Developers, please take time to look into this app again because it’s not working properly. Also the numbers won’t show on the 2nd time you will play. For now, what I do is delete and re-install just to work. But will keep on freezing on the “Please Wait” white screen anyway after not using it for a week or two.
APP will not open

I-phone 13. App must be removed and reinstalled every time. App only shows a loading screen saying wait a few seconds.
