Poor connectivity – Illinois Lottery Official App Review

After most recent app update the app keeps loading but never quite finishing necessitating reloading the app over and over. Note,other apps are working and I have performed Xfinity speed tests to router and to my devices and they are all well above plan. Lottery App problems occur on my back up cell phone as well.
