I ordered my case about two weeks ago. I do not have the option to track my order on the app. When I track on usps it basically says “ERROR” where’s the order to customer care? Did I waste my money? Am I being jipped? I wanted to have this case before I leave out for the army and am tired of playing the waiting game.. I need answers

Idk why this app has negative reviews because I’ve ordered things from there 4 times and I’m always satisfied with the results !

Just being honest the cases cost way to much I can go to a place that makes cases y’all to them face to face and get them for way cheaper about 40-50 bucks not 40 dollars just for one

I was really worried about all the bad comments but in general it was not that bad the only thing that I did not like is the tracking system and that it took like 15 days to get to my house . The app should say that the products are from China .

I ordered a shirt from here about a month ago. Still have not gotten anything. I tried to contact them by email, yet no reply. Sent multiple emails. The tracking is bs as well. All it tells me is that it’s being prepared to shipment. That bs.

Do not use this app. I should have read the reviews first. My case shipped not long after it was ordered then once it almost got to me it did it was in transit to the next facility for 10 days so I emailed them about it and they said it was on its way to me and they sent me a whole new tracking link with a whole new ship date and everything and that one eventually told me it was delivered.. to the wrong place so I emailed them and they said your item is on your way to you with another tracking link which is the original link that still had the package in transit to next facility after 18 days. I’ve told them I want a refund but they’ve yet to reply to that email. Very unhappy. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

this app is a joke they don't send confirmation numbers or they just don't respond to you when you decide the ask questions about your order or anything it's been 3 days and i still don't have any information on my order since i ordered it. it says confirmed and in process the passed 3 days

I’ve tried to setup me email and tried to google even YouTube how to with no success. Then this app charged me for 2 cases I didn’t want and when I tried to cancel the transaction or even just send them an email, I couldn’t! Now I’m stuck ??
