I purchased a phone case everything looked good I got a conformation number and everything email said estimated shipping date of arrival was between 11/11-11/21 it is now December 3 and still nothing!!! I’ve sent several emails and still no response emails this company is definitely being reported to me I can’t believe I actually fell for it things looked to good to be true on the app!

There were two iPhone cases purchased on thanksgiving day, everything went smooth as far as picking a case out, what I️ wanted on the case, & purchasing everything. Now the app gave me a tracking number and a time date of delivery. It at first said it would of taken about two weeks , then it had changed to 3 weeks , I️ tracked the package and it gave me no information to where my package is at. I️ reached out to the company and I️ have not received a response yet! Do not purchase from this app , they will scam you

Stupid Chinese company scammed me from my money. I used their services twice. The first time all went pretty smoothly besides a mishap with my shoes coming in late. I talked to them and they helped me. The next time my order is due to come in yesterday and it says my order is still in preshipment. They haven't even shipped it yet! I tried messaging them on multiple platforms but zero response! Don't waste your money.

I ordered 2 customized phone cases and 2 custom shirts the price was fine, they gave me a tracking number and the dates of shipment arriving changed twice. I ordered my stuff on November 30,2017 it is now December 24,2017 and i still have recieved nothing. For 1 week now they have said the origin is preparing shipment. The wait is completely ridiculous i dont know if ill ever get my order!!!!!

This app is so bad. My phone case was supposed to be here 11 days before Christmas, and I can’t even track the case. I’ve contacted them twice and I’ve never heard anything back. I want my money back but I know that’ll most likely never happen. THIS IS TERRIBLE DON’T EVER USE THEM.

I have been waiting a month now for two phone cases that are supposed to be a Christmas present!!!! To late now. Emailed them 2 times now no response. And not to mention it’s progress says it’s been shipped for 2 weeks now!

I purchased a matching phone case on December 5th, 2017, with pictures of my best friend and I on it that was supposed to be here for Christmas as a gift to her and it still hasn’t gotten here. It was SUPPOSED to arrive on 12/20/17 - 12/25/17 and still nothing. I’ve tried tracking, contacting them, and still NOTHING I will not be purchasing anything from here again. I will take my business somewhere else. My money and time is very valuable.

For Christmas I decided to get my girlfriend and I matching cases. Well, they showed up yesterday when the app said they would be here by the 22nd. We were so excited to open them but when we did, we were very disappointed!! The "durable" cases are cheap, flimsy plastic. The screen protector is a tiny sheet of tempered glass. The quality of our photos is absolutely terrible! The pictures are distorted and faded, pixelated and hard to see. I will NEVER order from this site again!
