TERRIBLE NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

SO i ordered 2 cases about november 25th right, it was said to be shipped december 16th-20th, on december 6th I tried go cancel my order because I had bought them as a gift but the person I bought them for we are no longer friends. So on december 6th they told me that it was too late to cancel the order because the item had been “shipped” already. No tracking information came up. On december 25th I have YET to receive the cases. So if it was supposedly shipped before the 6th, why did it arrive AFTER the 25th? Not to mention, the customer service is TERRIBLE! They take DAYS to respond, and they aren’t even helpful!!! NEVER ORDERING FROM HEAD AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING OTHERS NOT TO AS WELL, posting this all over instagram and twitter.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a tshirt in November hoping they would arrive for Christmas. Well the shoes arrived in January, it’s now February and I still haven’t gotten the shirt. The tracking number in the app has no info behind it. I will not be ordering anything alas from this app.

I order a case from them when I decide to cancel it because I didn’t see when it was suppose to get here. I contacted them and they took forever to reply. I told them I wanted to cancel it and would like my money back and finally when they answer they said they can’t cancel it because it’s already been sent but what I don’t understand is I have a tracking number but it doesn’t tell me when my case will get here. I emailed them again and tell them I want my money back but I have gotten no reply horrible company and if I don’t get my money back there will be a problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

To start off I had ordered these cases without really getting a second opinion on the app. So I decided to look at the reviews on it, after looking at all of them I had thought I picked the wrong app to get my case. All these reviews were very negative and I thought to myself wow I just wasted money. This whole process of getting my cases was totally the opposite of these reviews and ratings. My tracking and shipments were running smoothly, I even got my order ahead of time. The cases were amazing they were better than expected, I will say though since I got the case with extra durability I was a bit upset because they could have done better but other than that these cases are amazing ! I will continue to order from here !

I order a case for my mom she has a iPhone 6s. When a picture of all her grandkids. And she loved it. It did take like 4 weeks to get to me but it was just in time for Christmas I love this app.

So I ordered 1 case in January it was suppose to arrive the 8-13 of February. It’s the 16 of February and it was suppose to be a gift. I’ve emailed and Facebook messaged and no response. I’m very mad and it’s a waste of money. Also it says that my order has shipped and I tried to track it and it would work. It said there wasn’t an order when it definitely SAYS SHIPPED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Ordered my case a week before Valentines Day and still have not received it. They say the Guarantee 7-12 day shipment, my other order I paid for a 5-8 day shipment and didn’t receive my case until about a month later. Not feeling happy with these guys at all. I will not order nothing else from here nor will i refer anyone!!

I’ve been trying to get in contact with them like probably 5x not to long ago a team member emailed said thanks for the purchase and that they’ll send me a tracking number I never received anything so Idk when I’ll be getting my phone case?
