iCluster is an iPhone and iPad App for HAMs, SWLs (Short wave radio listeners) or for everybody who want’s to know, what’s going on on the amateur radio frequencies.
This App is connecting the so called international DX-Cluster database in realtime. The results are analyzed and displayed in an easy to read overview.
The content can be filtered by frequency (e.g. 80m, 40m etc.) or mode (CW = Morse, Beacon or digital modes), Call Prefix, ITU/CQ Zone, Country and many more.
Calls (the callsign of the operators) will be decoded automatically by the App. This allows even inexperienced users to know the countries of the operators.
iCluster is an ideal tool for amateur radio operators for field days or contests. But also unlicensed users can use iCluster to find out the frequencies for their shortwave scanner or short wave radio receiver.

This App exists since the App Store Exists as this was my first App. It has been continuously improved and re-written several times and is now available as Version 10, written in Swift 3.
It's interesting to see how many other bad copies of my App are available on the App Store. If there is another DX-Cluster App, offering features my App is missing, just let me know.

Great app for checking the band. Works well and is fast on a WiFi connection. Would have given 5 Stars if you could filter the spots by your country. Looking at a bunch of spots submitted by DX amateurs, does not let me know what we are hearing stateside. This is also true if the spots are all by USA hams, DX will not know what their area is hearing.
Like the prior review I would appreciate the ability to see spots from the perspective of my location. You have a good start here and I thank you for the work you've put into this.
Agree with other poster that being able to set location is the major downside. Also add a few lines of code to convert the contact times to the users time zone.
Without a doubt on of my favorite apps. A must have for dxers with an iPhone. de K3LU
Needs the ability to pick a dx cluster; the hardcoded cluster has only European reports.
No spotting info from us spotters. Should have the ability to pick cluster server to solve this problem.
For DXer's on the move, this app is great! All of the critical review issues seem to have been fixed, and now US spots are included. You can filter just about anything now. Working new ones with the help of this great app.
Good, but not yet great. Would like to see more in the way of mode filters. All modes or CW is too limiting. At minimum: All, CW, Phone, Digital.
Easy to use and set up. Great to be able to check DX Cluster spots away from the shack on mobile device. Some improvement in filtering options would be good. Allow change of band selection to be done easier than having to drill into Settings menus. Happy with it otherwise. Hoping for more Ham Radio iApps to come along. 73.
