on my ipad5th gen ios 12 ibridge3 works perfect. but on my iphone 8 plus it keeps on losing connection and errors happen. now i can't refund this because i am currently overseas and i ordered this online. please give me answers i've tried everything starting from the instructions on your website.

This small thumb drive is the most unobtrusive and simplest method to back up and/or extend your storage on an iPhone. I also use the drive as by go to drive for all my computers. I also love the app. So easy to use.

I was an early adopter and the first release quickly became useless. It could not be updated and even reformatting was ineffective. I had to fight to have the warranty honored but did end up receiving a replacement. It is a newer version but refurbished. It’s not reliable unfortunately. I don’t think it’s completely compatible with my iPhone 5. When it backed up, it only did if I made sure the screen didn’t go to sleep (what a pain) and now the app tells me “drive is disconnected.” Taking photos and saving direct to it is a battery KILLER and the photos are bad due to major lag time.
When the app works it’s great!!

I love the hardware, but the software is a bit sketchy. The app crashes ALOT but when it doesn’t crass and allows you to connect with the USB it’s absolutely amazing. It has an easy to use interface that I really like. Over all it’s worth the money.

Does everything you need it to. Only disappointing thing is that there is no way to recover deleted files, and I lost an amazing video.

I use it for work. I take a lot of camera phone photos for work and this is the best way to quickly manage all my photo storage and file transfers. It keeps me from having to buy the way more expensive phone because it has more storage space. Fantastic product. Price in the end was worth it given its value to what I do.
