It just doesn’t work

As I tope before to the developer, either the application reports that the flash drive is not connected or is permanently recovering the photos. I have two! I just don't throw it away because it was expensive and I still hope to recover my files. The other time, they made suggestions to me that didn't solve anything,
Doesn’t work with older Leef iBridge

Nope. This won’t work with the original iBridge, even with updated firmware. (Also, the firmware update won’t work with MacOS Catalina. Windows or older versions of MacOS only.). Back to the old iBridge app, which doesn’t convert HEIC images to .jpg.
See it big. Keep it simple.

Nice and easy format. Easy to use. My only concern is, that when I plugged my iBridge 3 device into my computer, it had trouble loading to my computer picture files. However I am still learning. And it has enabled me to reload 4 beloved apps onto my old iphone. So I won't have to buy a new one for a while, which is a financial blessing.
It keeps closing
